Order Cut-off Time
All orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time will be processed and the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
- For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 will apply at checkout.
Processing Time
- We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Orders with in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We use reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery. Shipping times will vary based on your location, but you can expect your package to arrive within 5-10 business days after it has been processed.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If there are any issues or delays, we will notify you via email.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopmuddyboots.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the address.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email us at support@shopmuddyboots.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@shopmuddyboots.com. We will arrange for a return and provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

International Shipping
